- First Aid & CPR
- Mental Health First Aid
- Gentle Persuasive Approach
- Safe Food Handling (Food Safe/Food Handler)

ELIGIBILITY:
- Be a newcomer
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have English language proficiency at Level 5 or higher
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Have previous experience in the healthcare or customer service industry in their home country
- Reside in Cornwall, SDG, P-R or Akwesasne (ON)
- Unemployed or underemployed
