Our goal is to:
- Enhance partnerships among service providers
- Identify gaps in service delivery and opportunities to organize and partner on events and activities
- Educate partners and the general public about labour market trends and opportunities
- Assist with employee recruitment and retention to reduce employee turnover

Our Mandate
The Youth Engagement Committee is all about connecting with young adults in our region. We want to hear from you, understand your needs, and help tackle the challenges you face. We aim to actively engage and empower you by removing obstacles to resources and opportunities. We’re big on spreading awareness about important stuff like training, education, employment, and mental health. Our focus is on building an inclusive community that encourages collaboration, growth, and success for youth in our area.
